• You are responsible for verifying the caregiver's background, identity, and suitability before final employment.

1. Limitation of Liability
   Al-Bokhari Caregiving Services Ltd. acts as a facilitating platform to connect caregivers with employers. While we verify basic credentials, we are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or misconduct that may occur during actual service or employment at the client's home or institution.

2. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated any of these terms.

3. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
